Chris was more than a realtor. I was a first time home buyer and had more questions about buying a home than you can imagine. He was there to pick up the phone every time I called, no matter what day or time. His insight when it came to what I should look for in a property outmatched every other realtor I worked with. I got the house below asking and had to do little negotiation to make this happen. I have recommended Chris to friends and family and have gotten only good responses from the people he has worked with. I fully support Chris and wish every realtor was as professional and helpful as he has been.
