Best experience by far, Chris Philis is very patient, which was great because we had no idea where to start and how to go about finding a home that checked off what we wanted. He explained everything in detail, told us what to look out for, and provided feedback on houses we were looking at. In the end he made the process go by very smoothly, which was much appreciated. I would recommend Chris Philis if you are planning on finding a home.

Chris walked us through this very stressful and crazy process turned a bad situation into a dream home. Chris helped us find the house, find financing after a nightmare mortgage company. Chris negotiated and got us paid closing cost he helped us so much. His team is awesome as well, Monica was great. 10 for 10 recommend him if your buying a house or selling call this guy communication is key in this process and he stayed on top of it.

There is just so much to say. Chris turned an almost doomed situation into a perfect situation. We had a mortgage company back out on us at the last minute he got us a great company to fix the situation. He got us 8300 in paid closing cost. We got the exact house and area we wanted would recommend to anybody and everybody. His team is outstanding as well Monica had our backs and fought for us. Chris and his team walked us through every step of the way.
