When you want the BEST call on Chris Phillis! I was ready to buy a home and I was looking for a Realtor who was wanting to work work with me. I sent an email in search of a realtor in south Charlotte on a Saturday morning. Chris called me back in less than 20 minutes. Mind you its now 10am on a Saturday. Chris and I spoke for about 25 minutes. The next afternoon, Sunday Chris was showing me homes in the 28277 area. Chris was learning what my needs were and in the next two days I was receiving new listings via email that fit my needs.
