Chris helped us when we bought our investment property. After a lengthy rehab, we called him and he said he would be happy to be our selling realtor. Happily we were able to secure a buyer and sell the home in a reasonable amount of time. Chris was always there for us to answer any questions and offer his advice to make the selling easier. He even became the contact between the buyers realtor and the buyer to assist in the selling of the furniture. Chris was always available for us and was excellent communicating to us any and all information that we needed to know. He always returned calls and texts in a timely fashion. My wife and I were extremely happy with Chris during both the purchase and resale of our property. I would be more than pleased to recommend Chris to anyone who is in the need of a realtor.

Chris was always courteous and stayed on top of all communications very promptly. My purchase was a difficult one with numerous bumps in the road, mainly from the Seller, sellers agent, and financing. Chris kept his cool, never became blaming or overly demanding during difficulties. Chris is a great agent who could become even better, with an increased network and vetting of His referral resources such as financing & inspection persons. I got the home I sought, in the end.

Explained the pros & cons of each house based on the neighborhood, home age, as well as possible repairs needed.
