Chris Murphy truly is an exceptional real estate agent. We were first time home buyers and from beginning to end Chris was extremely knowledgable and re-assuring. He really took the time to answer our questions and guide us through the home buying process. During our experience buying our home we did have some difficulties with the seller - being uncooperative etc. But this is where Chris truly shined as he helped moved things along smoothly and ultimately succeeded in getting the house we wanted. Any realtor can help you buy a house when things are easy and there's no hiccups -- but it takes a really special realtor to get things done and succeed in less than ideal situations. That realtor is Chris Murphy. Throughout the process he went above and beyond his duties to re-assure us and ensure we were protected. He even went out of his way to make a plumbing appointment when we couldn't be there and kept us updated. Both my husband and I really enjoyed the experience we had with Chris; he was personable and polite and answered our texts extremeley quickly - always within a couple minutes. Chris, you have lifelong clients as it would be an absolute pleasure to work with you again.
