Chris was more than helpful when unusual circumstances occured. We had an issue with the title to the house and were able to correct via online signing by myself and my sister who hold our moms POA. At the last minute we corrected the payoff amount because he immediately understood my concern with the amount given to me. Much of our communication was via text and email but he also called us to make sure we were comfortable with the process. He is very professional and also was very compassionate helping my 85 year old mother sell her home of 58 years.
