Chris Murphy gets the job done. He listed and sold two of my properties in Oceanside. We ran into issues that he amazingly resolved in short order. He is calm when the heat is turned up. Chris as always went above and beyond, had every answer before questions came up. We didn’t have to think of what came next. He took over and was in constant contact by phone or text. I was impressed with Chris' marketing strategy right from the start. Within less than 4 weeks Chris was able to get us an offer that was much higher than my expected selling price. Unfortunately the Covid shutdown occured before we could close escrow. The buyer backed out of the deal. Despite the limitation placed on Chris due to the shutdown he went right to work to find another buyer. Happily he was able to sell our home at a price that was still above my expectations. I think very highly of Chris and his expertise and knowledge.
While exhibiting good interpersonal skills with potential buyers, Chris utilized his somewhat unorthodox approach to the current market conditions to set a reasonable and agreeable objective for selling our home. He maintained focus and ultimately achieved exactly what we agreed upon. He is reliable and ethical. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Kim to anyone.
