Chris Murphy gets the job done. He listed and sold two of my properties in Oceanside. We ran into issues that he amazingly resolved in short order. He is calm when the heat is turned up. Chris as always went above and beyond, had every answer before questions came up. We didn’t have to think of what came next. He took over and was in constant contact by phone or text. Making selling our home safe and stress free. Open house was by appointment only, back to back appointments all wore booties to keep the house and clients safe. We knew the Murphys were the best at what was needed to sell our home super fast. It sold the first day above top price, with multiple offers. We have used him twice both buying and selling our house. He is essential for selling or buying a home in this market. We can never thank him enough for everything he did for us.
