My wife and I decided to sell our house that we had purchased through a land contract. We had a balloon payment due so we had to either refinance or sell. As first time sellers and homebuyers we had absolutely no idea what we were getting into. Chris took the time to explain and go over our options, and then he went above and beyond to help us get our house in order to sell. We had work that we had to do to get the house up to city code and Chris was nice enough to actually come to our house and do some of the work himself so that we didn’t have to hire someone. He saved us a lot of money. Every problem we ran into he was there. We worked together from November until we closed on our new house in May. When I say we looked at a lot of houses that is an understatement. Any question that my wife and I had Chris had the knowledge. From where a house’s clean out was, to where the drains would be with tree roots, or if windows had condensation- plus so much more. He went above and beyond to try and help us find the right house for us. Chris is a real estate agent because he truly loves it and he’s great at it. It’s not about the commission to him. You honestly couldn’t ask for a more genuine and honest person to work with. It was more than a pleasure getting to know and working with Chris.
