My sister and I enlisted Chris to sell my mother's home. I couldn't have been more pleased with our entire experience. Chris listened to our rationale about how we wanted to price the property, gave us some advice (property was selling as is, for cash, so Chris advised us to pay for the city inspection, which was required in our municipality, to be completed in advance), and kept us apprised at every turn. We had several low offers, which we declined. We had a lot of showings, so we wanted to see where it was going. After probably 12 showings, and a number of conferences and offers back and forth, we received two really great offers, the pros and cons with which we discussed with Chris. We accepted one of them (full price, plus!) But Chris's client care was just beginning. As I was Power of Attorney, and in another state, closing documents and a remote closing agent/notary had to be arranged, all of which happened seamlessly. We closed within 7 days of the offer being accepted as I was going to be out of town. At each step, Chris was calling to make sure that next steps were understood and carried out. He made everything happen! He is kind, patient and thoughtful. His years of experience enable him to handle ANYTHING that comes his way. I highly recommend this agent.

Chris was by far one of the best realtors that I have ever used. Our house was from our elderly mother, which no longer lived there.
