My country home that I had owned for almost 20 years was quaint and well maintained but it was over 100 years old so I knew from the get-go it would require a unique buyer. Not ever having sold a home before, I obtained 3 opinions, Chris being the 3rd, and after meeting with him, I immediately felt comfortable with his level of confidence, knowledge and straightforward attitude. I never realized how complex selling a home could be, and at the same time, I had to plan a move to another state, and yet he sold my home in just over 2 weeks. With all that was involved for me, I never imagined the process would have gone that well but it did, all because Chris managed it that well! I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!
