Working with Chris was very seamless. He worked with me for over two and half years through the process. Wasn't the shortest process but he know that and was still willing to put in the time. Very professional as far as allowing us to make the decision. When we found problems at the inspection he knew what the next steps were to be able to get money of list. His expectations of what we would get off list were right on the money as well. Made the process much easier as far as the standard steps in buying a home as we were first time home buyers and were totally familiar with everything. Made himself available to be able to help us through the process as there were more steps involved as we had to have an additional contractor come out and look at the property for evaluation. Overall was a great first home buying experience. No pressure, good market insight and good guy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and would be using him again if buying or selling.
