We chose to do parts of the transaction electronically to save on travel time throughout the process. Really appreciated Chris's knowledge in houses. Chris took time to get to know us and what we were looking for. There were many occasions where I thought a house would be great until Chris who was not in a hurry to make a sale would thankfully offer his opinion. When a house came up that we wanted to see, Chris made it happen the next day. The things I appreciated the most abour Chris was that he was tireless and easy to get a hold of. Going into this I did have some worry about working the realtor as hard as I knew I was going to. Chris ended that soon and gave us that comfort we needed in an stressful time. Chris would have shown us 100 houses and would look forward to the next. Chris has a good personality and his willingness to "show you another house" made what is usually a stressful time a painless experience. I worked with other realtors in the past and I am impressed with Chris.

Chris,did a awesome job finding my daughter Tami Brew her first home. He was so helpful. He helped us even find a great morage company to work with. It was not easy because we live out of town, and Tami works long hours. He even brought the paper work to my daughter at her work to sign. My country home that I had owned for almost 20 years was quaint and well maintained but it was over 100 years old so I knew from the get-go it would require a unique buyer. Not ever having sold a home before, I obtained 3 opinions, Chris being the 3rd, and after meeting with him, I immediately felt comfortable with his level of confidence, knowledge and straightforward attitude. I never realized how complex selling a home could be, and at the same time, I had to plan a move to another state, and yet he sold my home in just over 2 weeks.
