Would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new agent and will absolutely use him again if we ever need more real estate help.

Chris was the most honest and trustworthy person to deal with. We felt like we’ve known him forever and he got us the best price as a seller. He exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend him.
Chris led me through the difficult process of becoming a first time home buyer. He was very patient and did his best to explain every part of the process. On top of knowing the ins and outs of real-estate Chris is honest and he looks out for your best interest, he actually wants you to find the home that is right for you and is not just looking to make a quick buck. I am very glad to have gotten Chris as my first agent and would recommend him to anyone near or around the Norwich area.
I had an amazing experience working with Chris to purchase my home. From the very first meeting, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect property. What really stood out was Chris’s professionalism and communication. Whether it was scheduling showings, negotiating with the seller, or guiding me through paperwork, he was always on top of everything and made what can be a stressful process feel seamless. Thanks to Chris, I’m now happily settled in a home I love. I recommend him more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Truly a top-tier real estate professional!
I was lucky enough to have found Chris to help me through selling and purchasing a new home during the middle of a New England winter! Not only was he knowledgeable about the process, but he was a steady and trustworthy support through the entire process. His tenacity, transparency, and Absolute dedication to my experience made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation one that will undoubtably be difficult to replicate. Chris is professional, consistent, and worked to make sure that I found a new home that met all of my needs. Clients who work with Chris are in great hands!
There is not nearly enough space to adequately express our gratitude for Chris. We have worked with many Real estate agents over the last couple decades and he is the best. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family and look forward to working with him again in the future. He is personable, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. He goes above and beyond and gives excellent advice. What a joy to work with!
Chris is the best! He is knowledgeable, persistent and patient. We had some very unique needs that came with our home search and he stuck with us the whole way! We would definitely recommend working with Chris!!
Chris is fantastic at his job! It truly is his passion. He listened to my needs and requests and responded appropriately. He made me feel comfortable through every step of the home buying process. He also worked with the realtor selling my home (in another state) to make sure it went smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Chris!
Chris was great to work with! This is my first home purchase and it was far from simple. The house required major repairs and negotiating prior to closing. Chris offered honest guidance and handled all the difficult conversations/problems along the way. Would highly recommend Chris for any home buying needs.
