I made my purchase from out of state, 13 hours away to be exact. Chris took the time to go to every house I wanted to look at and take a video for me. It was as if I was actually there walking through the house myself. She took the time to point out any and every little thing that I maybe couldn't notice on the video and was so thorough. Her knowledge and expertise in the area helped me greatly with making my decision on where I wanted to be and the area I was looking for. She treated me as if I was the only client she had, always took my calls and when I finally got to my destination and we were able to meet in person, she devoted her time and attention to me and my needs. She truly did help me find my new happy place. She is one of the most professional, organized and knowledgeable realtors I have had the pleasure to work with. Chris provided us with several options during our search for a home in Florida. We lived in Colorado at the time and flew out twice to take a look at properties. Chris made herself available with short notice, organized the showings in an efficient way as we searched along the Florida coast. Once we found a property we liked Chris handled the paperwork and process professionally taking care of all the details. When we arrived at our new home Chris was there with goodies knowing we would be tired and hungry after our long drive from Colorado. She is fun, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Oh, and I should mention, this was partly during Covid shutdowns, so not an easy task!
