We began working with Chris in 2020. We lived out of state at the time. In the beginning of the journey, either Chris would send us listings she thought we might like or we would do our own searching and let her know if we were interested. After awhile, we decided it would be easier to scour the websites on our own and then let her know which listings we wanted to see. Talk about doing an excellent job in helping us look at properties. She would take a video with her professional comments to let us know as much as we could when not being able to be there in person. We ended up not buying any properties this way though. We eventually moved to Florida in the Fall of 2021. We would look at houses on occasion but could never seem to find the right one. Chris was always there for us though. Even if it seemed it was taking us a long time. This particular journey continued into the Spring of 2022. We actually put some offers in on a few houses. Chris did an excellent job in writing up the offer with our best interests in mind. We lost out though due to higher bids. It’s all part of it. In June, we decided to build. Chris, represented us with the builder. When it came time to close, she was there every step of the way doing walk throughs with us. She is so very good at finding things that needed attention. She found things that we didn’t see and we were at the property quite often. That was so very helpful. No one wants to buy a brand new build when there are corrections to be made and have them go unnoticed. We are so very appreciative of all of her assistance. It was quite a journey and it was made a lot nicer with Chris as our agent.

Chris is wonderful to work with and helped me understand processes, options, terms, and keeping my interests in mind. I will be using her to purchase my new home in the next year.
