Working with an out-of-state buyer in California where the pandemic was crashing deals and on the Michigan end where the pandemic was getting very seriously, Chris negotiated, handled all the paperwork, did things well beyond the norm with getting keys, other logistics, as I could not get there by the closing date with all the pandemic restrictions. Everything was handled electronically in every aspect. A miracle on both ends. Chris is very responsive, detail-oriented, a great negotiator, knows so many people in the real estate arena, a true expert, and always stayed calm and helped me to remain so (my deal in California was also crazy and Chris helped on that). So grateful to him. If he can do my deal, he could do anything!

Highly knowledgeable & a class A professional concerning all aspects required as a real estate agent, exerting his professionalism as a realtor to go the extra (mile) lengths required for his client. Many concerns arose during (our) my adventure in buying not just a house, yet a home. When given some very, very awkward situations (during 7-8 purchase agreements, 4 months working together) by sellers, & listing agents while putting in solid full price offers each time, this was when his experience shined. Working with Chris was fantastic from start to finish. He's knowledgeable, responsive to messages, gives you his honest opinion, and treats every client like they're his biggest (and trust I'm not).
