As a complete newbie to the property selling process, Chris was the perfect agent for me. Not only did he answer every question I had clearly and in a way that I could understand (no jargon, yet not talking to me like I'm ignorant), he also answered a whole host of questions that would have never crossed my mind. He was always punctual with appointments and correspondence, and was generous with good advice during the negotiation process; I genuinely felt like he had my best interest at heart. Chris was great to work with on an unusual property to sell. At a critical point Chris had the insight to identify a Quality Potential buyer. This turned out to be critical. The House sold and closed through the Corvid & Economic Difficulties. Without identifying & pursuing this Buyer things would NOT have turned out so well.
