Raised here in Charleston, Chris knows that there truly is nothing finer than being right here in South Carolina. After obtaining his Real Estate License in 2003, Chris worked his way to achieving his goal of getting a Broker’s License in 2009, allowing him the opportunity to manage a real estate office. Real estate has always been a passion for Chris. He loves helping people achieve dreams and make life-changing decisions in the smoothest manner possible. He started out doing odds and ends for a national building company and worked his way up to obtaining both his Builders License and his Real Estate Broker’s License. Great agent with local experience in lot purchasing

Chris represented us in buying a lot and I cannot recommend him enough. Our lot was a piece of raw land and was not a straightforward purchase, requiring months of hard work on Chris' end.
