I can't say enough good things about Chris DeChristopher. The sale of our home was somewhat complicated -- and made worse because it came during the Covid pandemic. On the first day on the market we had people lined up to look at our house. We got an offer with In two days for more than we were asking, along with several other offers. The offer we accepted dropped out after about a week. Chris was right on top of the situation, he contacted the agent for one of the other offers and they really wanted our house. They offered us a lot more than we were asking, plus they let us rent back until our new house was complete. We have to thank Chris for staying on top of the situation and working out a great deal that made our move less stressful.
