Our first meeting went from a quick 30 minutes introductory meeting to a 4 hour expedition checking out neighborhoods and homes in south charlotte all for a purpose of knowing our needs and preferences, even asking about the direction of the home, which never occurred to us (most Indians do have a preference). He is very knowledgeable about the area and also the builders. He introduced us to reputable local builders whom we never considered and great insights about the builders.
