I highly recommend using Chris Colvard as a Realtor. He is extremely professional and so helpful in every aspect. Anytime we needed anything at all Chris was super responsive never left us hanging. Chris kept us informed at all times and went out of his way to ensure we were happy and had a smooth experience. We were very nervous about selling our old house and buying a new house at the same time, however Chris took all our needs into consideration and went above and beyond for us. I would absolutely use Chris again for any real estate needs and If you’re looking for a Realtor that you can trust to not just sell you on anything to make a buck then he is your guy!
