We really enjoyed working with Chris. He was very knowledgable of the area and was able to really guide us to the types of properties we were looking for. He also had great knowledge of homes and home construction and was able to point out pros and cons of each property that we would not have noticed (we are SO glad our stairs are covered- Thank you Chris!) We lived out of area and he was willing to meet us and show us homes several weekends in a row and guided us through a couple of tricky negotiations. We are so happy with our purchase and highly recommend Chris Colvard and Calaveras Real Estate!
