Chris was amazing to deal with in the crazy 2022 craze of buying houses. He was always on our side, always looking out for our best interest, and always up front and honest. If he thinks there is something that he thought you wouldnt be happy with, or if it was just a bad deal, he would tell you. I dont plan on moving again, but if I did I wouldnt hesitate to call Chris again. I would consider him a friend after the experience we had with him.

Chris Cherkis did an amazing job listing and selling my property. I wasn’t sure how difficult it would be to sell due to several factors and thought I would have to settle for a low price, but Chris did a great job at getting the house sold for more than I expected.
