Highly Recommend Chris Casas for a Stress Free Home Sale!

I had the absolute best home selling experience working with Chris Casas at Indian Springs Real Estate. I had my home on the market before with another agent for seven months with constant showings but not a single serious buyer and the listing eventually expired. A few months later I listed with Chris. Three people came to see the home, all of them genuinely interested. The third buyer made an offer and we closed escrow in just 30 days. From listing to receiving the proceeds the whole thing took only about 40 days. It was incredible. Not one glitch. Chris is personable, proactive, and always one step ahead making sure everything goes smoothly. He communicates well, stayed in close contact with showing agents, and always provided quick feedback after each showing. I truly cannot recommend Chris highly enough.
