Chris Brown is a genuinely nice person but above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe him as an agent. I lived out of state at the time. When I saw a home I was interested in, he went to see it the same day, as homes in my range were moving very quickly. I wanted the house. He made a suggestion for the offer. I was apprehensive but I went with it and he saved me thousands. Chris knows every type of service provider from inspectors to roofers and he had a solution for any issue that came up.
