Chris was really an excellent Realtor to work with, very knowledgable and new his stuff. He had a calmness about him that made you feel at ease especially when you felt a little frazzled or stressed. Chris would also volunteer to help with manual stuff that needed to be doneto sell the house. I would absolutely recommend him, he's kind, trustworthy and very professional. Chris Brown is a genuinely nice person but above and beyond doesn’t begin to describe him as an agent. I lived out of state at the time. When I saw a home I was interested in, he went to see it the same day, as homes in my range were moving very quickly. I wanted the house. He made a suggestion for the offer.
