Chris was recommended to me through a friend when I started the steps of the house buying process. This was the first home I’ve purchased so I had lots of questions and concerns. Chris was excellent. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me (considering he had to dumb down a lot of info because I had no idea what I was doing). He talked me though my entire inspection report, which was a huge plus, because again… I had no experience in this area. Chris is wonderful, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend his services to anybody who is looking to buy a home, and especially to first home buyers.

After watching our local market for over a year, we finally decided to actively pursue buying a home. Over the course of a few months, we looked at several homes with Chris. Some we saw first on apps like Zillow, and some he alerted us to as soon as he heard something was going on the market. He knew exactly what we were looking for and each home we saw could have been the home we bought. Finally, Chris shared with us a house that just popped up on one of his realty Facebook groups. We planned to see it the first day it was "on the market." We saw it and we fell in love. Chris was patient with us as we decided which houses to bid and (and which not to) and we didn't feel pressured at all during the entire few months we actively were looking. Once our offer was accepted on our dream home, Chris was available day and night to answer all our questions through inspection to close. I can not recommend Chris enough to other homebuyers. In fact, my close family members have worked with him to find homes in the area as well. Chris will go above an beyond for you. He always has a smile. He is not afraid to tell you the truth about a property (like it's too much money or red flags he sees). And he "goes to bat" for you when speaking with the seller's real estate agent. Five stars, easy, for Chris!

Chris was fantastic! He took me to see give or take 6 to 12 houses a week until we found the right one. He also put up with my crazy self and talked me out of making some bad decisions. He truly has his clients best interest at heart. He was quick to respond to any question I had no matter how unimportant it might have been. One of the biggest things was his ability to keep me in my budget. I felt very at ease through the whole process. And felt no pressure. He knew when to hold em and when to fold them. I met Chris through my father who was selling his home around February of this year. He sold his home in 3-4 days. A few months later my husband and I made the decision to sell our home.
