We are new to Charleston and Chris did a wonderful job helping us understand the real estate market and allowed us to figure out eventually what was important to us. He was friendly and patient and showed us many homes. We decided to buy a new construction home surrounded by beautiful oak trees and he helped us with new home construction process.

Chris is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the greater Charleston area. His background experience in home construction helped us as we viewed both renovated older homes and new builds. His honesty and integrity made him a trusted partner as we searched for our new home. Highly recommend!

It's like working with family in the best way possible. Chris is an insanely personable and kind person! His knowledge and intelligence in the industry is unmatched. Any question you could ever think of, he already knows the answer to. I've worked with Chris for years. He has helped me buy and sell. Each process has always gone seamless. He also really values the team he works with and only sends you to the best. From his recommended lender to someone he calls to inspect your prospective buy- they're all top notch. Can't wait to work with Chris in the future. Also proud to call him a friend for life.

This is the 2nd property in SC that I have had the pleasure of working with Chris; as my agent. He not only helped me find a new home that checked all my boxes but was able to assist with lease agreement on my current home. I value his opinion, knowledge, expertise and friendship. I would never consider having anyone else assist me with my real estate matters. Thank you so much Chris!

Chris worked hard to get our property sold quickly and for what we needed. The house was only listed for 2 days and we had a full price offer and were able to move to the next chapter.

From the beginning Chris was on top of things, weather it was showings, random questions or recommendations we had, he seemed to know every detail and we loved that. He made the home buying process easy and swift and we will forever be grateful for helping us find our home!

We moved to the area from a thousand miles away and initially had a rental. Our rental was not what we expected so we reached out to Chris to help us on our home search. Chris met with us within 24 hours, showed us a dozen properties over the weekend, had us under contact in less than a week, and closed 30 days later! Chris was beyond patient with us when we had endless questions or concerns about properties. Chris referred us to a lawyer to help with closing, an inspector to complete the house inspection, and endless other referrals to make not only the house buying process easier, but owning a new home easier! Chris has been there for us through every step. Even when he couldn’t physically be there, he made himself available and accessible if we needed. We truly can’t ever thank Chris enough for helping us get into our first home here in South Carolina!

His market knowledge, communication, and professionalism was above board. Answered all the questions we had and addressed all of our concerns. Used him to both buy and sell, and he will fight for you on either side

Great experience on selling our home. Chris stood our ground and looked out for our interest.!

It was a real pleasure working with Chris. He was very helpful, informative, friendly. We worked together for a few months and he was always there when I needed him. This was my first home buying experience and he made the transaction very pleasurable. HE was very patient with me because I had a ton of questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone whether this is your first home or not.

Chris was amazing. Took all the stress and pressure away from buying and selling. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Chris is your go to guy. He listens to your every need, wants, and desires and does his best to fulfill them. He is a straight shooter and cares more about getting you what you hired him to do instead of pressuring you for his benefit.
