We’ve worked with Chris a number of times and the reason for that is simple. He’s astonishingly good at his job. It’s rare to find someone who is so kind and warm while also sharply intelligent. Chris went above and beyond at every stage of our home purchase, if we were not his only clients during the 3-month search, offer, and close process, it was impossible to tell, as there was never an issue that was too large or small for his direct and timely involvement. He has his finger on the pulse of the local market and really helped us develop the best strategy for viewings and ultimately the offer which helped us avoid the dreaded offer-rejection/out-bid scenario we heard so much about in recent months.
