I had to move to a new city due to family obligations. I loved my house and was not ready to sell it and planned to eventually return to the area and live in the home again. So, I decided to rent the house and hired Chip to manage the property. The move turned out to be a 8 year commitment! My relationship with Chip was a true blessing! He was able to manage the tenant moving out, schedule the property showing, and dealt with a few small items with HOA and utilities.
