100% full of knowledge and professionalism. I was expecting the process to be rough since I am dealing with issues in regards of debt income ratio and PCS orders. Mr. Torres went above and beyond to help me out to achieve my wife's dream house. Communication was on point and responded all the time whenever we tried to ask any questions or inquiry.
