My offer that was ultimately accepted involved a counter offer which he interpreted into layman’s terms, again with sage advice. We were even fortunate enough to work with him in arranging a new resident to assume our current residence resulting in no vacancy there as an unexpected benefit, again handled as an expert well in tune with his craft.
