Ching has been helping us to buy or sell the houses many times. I am very impressed by her professional experience & knowledge and the way she show the care for her clients . She is the listing agent for my house at 305 West Point Ave . She is not only giving us the ideal on how to decor the house but more help us to go to the township for the permits , to find the contractors to fix up the issues of houses. My house had the zoning violation issue due to previous owner failed to acquire the permit . Ching help me many time to go to the township to resolve the issues. Since we were out of the country during that time , she help us to regularly clean the house even taken care of snow shovel during winter storm ! We really appreciated all help Ching did for us !
