Chi Nguyen is a bilingual English/Vietnamese-speaking realtor with a strong background in interior design. She previously owned a successful interior design firm in Vietnam while also teaching in the Interior Design Department at Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture from 2007 to 2010.
In 2013, she earned a Master’s Degree in Interior Design with Outstanding Academic Achievement from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. From 2013 to 2019, Chi worked as a design consultant at Baer’s Furniture, a well-established, family-owned company founded in 1945. Through her dedication to excellence and customer service, she built strong relationships with hundreds of clients and became one of the top designers at Baer’s Furniture in Melbourne, Florida.
Since 2013, Chi and her husband, B. Nguyen, have been actively investing in real estate—renovating, buying, selling, and renting properties in Florida. In 2018, they founded Ocean East Properties and Decor, LLC. In June 2019, Chi transitioned into a full-time real estate entrepreneur, combining her expertise in design and real estate to provide exceptional service to her clients.
