I contacted numerous real estate agents when moving to Sedona before I tried Jody, and they never called me back! Then I contacted Jody and Cheyenne and they immediately had me on a conference call for an hour discussing what I was looking for not only in a home to buy, but in a home to rent until I was ready to buy. They got me in touch with local property managers and previewed the rentals on FaceTime with me as I was not able to be there in person and steered me from some that weren’t as great in person as they were in photos. When I was ready to start looking to buy, they showed me a ton of houses, several that weren’t listed yet. They have loads of contacts to find those hidden not-quite-yet-listed listings.
