Started looking at homes through zillow and was paired with Cheyenne through the app. Couldn't have been happier. She listened to our wants, needs, and preferences. We ended up buying a home that she thought we should look at that was not on our list of zillow homes. She hooked me up with a lender that made the buying process seamless. My vacation in Sedona was Saturday to Saturday. I looked at homes on Monday and Tuesday, made an offer on Wednesday, inspected on Thursday and signed final offer papers on Friday. Flew out on Saturday a happy homeowner. Cheyenne has lived in Sedona most of her life and her local knowledge was valuable, especially when choosing a neighborhood.

I contacted numerous real estate agents when moving to Sedona before I tried Jody, and they never called me back! Then I contacted Jody and Cheyenne and they immediately had me on a conference call for an hour discussing what I was looking for not only in a home to buy, but in a home to rent until I was ready to buy. They got me in touch with local property managers and previewed the rentals on FaceTime with me as I was not able to be there in person and steered me from some that weren’t as great in person as they were in photos. When I was ready to start looking to buy, they showed me a ton of houses, several that weren’t listed yet. They have loads of contacts to find those hidden not-quite-yet-listed listings. The negotiation were easy and I appreciated how much they worked for me as go between with the other agent and the sellers. All communication was immediate and they are terrific problem-solvers. They are lovely, knowledgeable people who were great to work with!
Cheyenne was absolutely amazing to work with! She was extremely professional, timely, knowledgeable, patient and went the extra mile to help us find a place, even though we were out of town. I must say, we were not easy clients at all (we had a lot of specific requests) and she rolled with us every step of the way. I worked with Cheyenne on finding and purchasing a home remotely and my experience working with her was delightful.
