Highly professional in their client communications and property marketing approaches. Offered several listing options with varied commission structures. Strong communicators, hard workers, and genuinely nice people. Our lot sold in 1 month for just a bit under our asking price. This was after having marketed it unsuccessfully with 2 other agents for over 1 year. The only criticism I'd offer is this: I felt pressured to accept the first offer that came in, which seemed inappropriate. I understand that ultimately the price I am willing to accept is up to me. In this case, I successfully countered the offer and received $10K more for the lot as a result. So it turned out I was smart not to "just say yes" right away. On the other hand, I know that when a seller counters an offer, it's a risk, and things can go wrong. That's just real estate. I would hire this sales team again.
Chey was awesome! Looked at a couple of properties before settling on the the one for me & as you can imagine questions flew left and right. Chey helped look up any information about specific properties to help narrow down the decision, & no forced decision on this side which was a breath of fresh air considering my last experiences.
