Cheryle helped us buy our home 7 years ago. After initially using another agent who could not get a return call for a viewing on a multiple offer foreclosure, Cheryle immediately got us in. The high offer was not able to get financed because of an issue with the furnace. When our offer was accepted Cheryle used her resources to get the problem fixed for us at minimal cost.
