Incredibly satisfactory

We sold our home just after 1 year of owning the home (Relocation purposes), at a time when the market was not great. Cheryl Yates helped make what could have been a nightmare, a great experience. She communicates appropriately, followed all of the abrupt changes in the market and made necessary recommendations. If you are looking for a real estate agent you can trust to help you take care of things even when you are far away from the location of your property- which was the case for me, Cheryl Yates is a great candidate. My plan is to retire in West Virginia, and I will surely reach out to Ms. Yates if she is still in the business. She is definitely a 5-star agent.
