She guided me the procedures and explained what items I was responsible for and checked with me to make sure I was not having any issues getting my part done...very efficient. Passionate - She loves what she does and does it well. I liked that Cheryl was focused on me. I had anxiety attacks through almost every meeting we had and she was patient and assured me that everything would be alright. And she was right! The Best Experience Ever - I'd never sold a house in my life. Cheryl walked me through the whole process, step-by-step. She answered all my questions honestly. The house went on the market on Wednesday, 3 January 2024 and by Saturday, 6 January 2024 I received an offer. I accepted the offer and closed on Tuesday, 20 February 2024.
