Cheryl worked high and low no matter what it took to help me get into my home. Being a single parent and only being approved for so much was stressful enough. She never gave up on finding a home for me and once we found my perfect house she never gave up trying to get me in there! My financing even fell through after closing was set back twice. She was patient, helpful, and encouraging the whole time. She even talked the seller and their agent to wait for new loan with a different bank and thank goodness they waited and after a rigorous 3 months of back of stress she never gave up on me and we finally got our keys! Cheryl is amazing. I am so glad I used her as my realtor. She was able to get my first home ready to sell quickly as well as find a buyer for it just as quick. I was able to trust and rely on her when it came to what approach to take to get it ready to show. I had ex-renters for my second home horribly trash the place. Much work needed to be done. Carpets needed to be removed, tiles replaced, new windows installed, and much more. Not to mention, the tenants left the home with an intolerable smell.
