Cheryl worked high and low no matter what it took to help me get into my home. Being a single parent and only being approved for so much was stressful enough. She never gave up on finding a home for me and once we found my perfect house she never gave up trying to get me in there! My financing even fell through after closing was set back twice. She was patient, helpful, and encouraging the whole time. She even talked the seller and their agent to wait for new loan with a different bank and thank goodness they waited and after a rigorous 3 months of back of stress she never gave up on me and we finally got our keys!
