Hardest working agent we have ever dealt with and she wasn't even our agent!

She was excellent. Very responsive, accountable and committed to the transaction going through as easy as possible for both sellers and buyers. We were the buyers and she was the seller's agent. But she was committed to both. The buyers had an elderly seller whose adult daughters were trying to sell remotely and out of state. Cheryl went above and beyond to help them coordinate the sell and all the necessary activities.
