Cheryl Siple is a gifted agent who knows her market well. Her wealth of experience, coupled with her honesty, made for a positive experience. She was always available and a strong advocate when dealing with other agents. Communication-wise, there were early learning curves as we got to know each other but no barriers that were insurmountable. She was excellent. Very responsive, accountable and committed to the transaction going through as easy as possible for both sellers and buyers. We were the buyers and she was the seller's agent. But she was committed to both. The buyers had an elderly seller whose adult daughters were trying to sell remotely and out of state. Cheryl went above and beyond to help them coordinate the sell and all the necessary activities.
