I am disabled, on a budget and have no support system. I found Cheryl through a mutual friend at a time in my life when I really needed help. She took control and went above and beyond what any other realtor would do. I have listed and sold 2 houses and have purchased 2 houses from Cheryl . Every time the transactions and coordinations were smooth and easy. She cleaned, packed, made appointments, answered questions and stayed on top of it all every step of the way. Movers were a budget issue for me so she got on her computer and looked. She even chased some movers down to get their rate!!! I’ve used these movers 4 times now. She found storage for me and the manager of the storage facility saw how she worked and conducted herself so she asked Cheryl to find her some property. She’s an expert in knowing what your house is worth. Her appraisals are right on the money. No surprises when the appraiser comes in. She’s fair and kind to everyone. She handles problems or glitches with professionalism and knowledge. She’s dignified and helps you in anyway possible. I can never repay her for everything she’s done for me. She even bought me food more than once! She kept in touch as a friend after my first move. She checks on you and becomes someone you can count on for questions about budgeting, market values and anything real estate. She also becomes your friend. She’s also introduced me to people who have helped me in other aspects of my life. She’s one of a kind. When you’ve found the best who needs the rest!!! She does it all!
