Cheryl was both positive and realistic. Taking us through every step of the process, she answered all our questions. From listing through preparing the house to show then negotiating, she was encouraging and knowledgeable. We were especially impressed with the staging and professional photos which led to a strong offer from one of the first people to see our home. We were thoroughly impressed, and the commission was well worth the assistance in getting an offer higher than we expected. Selling a home is stressful, but Cheryl eased our path and made it a much better experience!
