Best real estate team in Sebring! Ken and Cheryl went above and beyond the call of duty during the recent purchase of my vacation home. They helped me navigate all the ambiguity, delays, and questions that came up during the home purchasing process. They were extremely patient and cared about me throughout. I’m uncertain whether I have enough space to tell you about the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with! We reached out to Cheryl about a listing that we had found on Zillow. She wanted to know what the perfect house would be for us. We wanted a house on a lake. Her local knowledge was so helpful. We came from several hours away each time we met with Cheryl. She scheduled several viewing appointments so we were making the best use of our time. Cheryl was standing with us in the driveway of our Huckleberry Lake house when we so happily said the search is over. If I thought Cheryl was great at finding our dream house, her negotiation skills and guidance through the entire process was priceless. Every time I worried about something, Cheryl was always available to consult. We closed on our Huckleberry Lake house on May 31st and it might sound a little nuts but I miss talking to her and her equally awesome husband Ken. We hope to purchase again and know that Cheryl will be there for us.
