I wish Cheryl and her team had been my realtor for the other properties I bought and sold in the past. . From the first time I called her through the entire process she gave her all. I really appreciated how she gently worked with the renters that were still under lease. The process of providing them with incentives to vacate before the end of the lease was very smooth. The renters were pleased. Cheryl handled that beautifully. I love how she paid attention to every detail during the preparation of the house down to the little things like the light in the kitchen to the big things like getting the best deal with the plumbers (and right up to the last minute!). She has a vast network of contractors who give her the best deals! Something she did that I never experienced in the past was how she arranged for all the repairs, installs and cleaning which was so amazing since I was not in Albuquerque to oversee all that work. I know how much effort she and her team put into that and I really appreciated it. I was amused and amazed when she called me from a ski lift to review the offers with me. This is where her amazing genius became apparent to me! She just knew which of these offers would be the best and she was right! Finally, she was always cheerful and professional. A special shout out to Stephanie, the listing manager, who was always so helpful and on top of getting documents signed and other details that needed attention. I thank Cheryl and her team for a smooth process and the best possible outcome.
