It's been a long time since I've bought a home so I had lots of questions and some angst too, but Cheryl's patience and guidance right from the beginning put me at ease. I appreciated her keen eye on our visits/tours of homes, her insight of the real estate market, and her professionalism. We stayed true to what I wanted and within my budget; I'm excited to be a new homeowner and grateful to have had Cheryl's expertise throughout this process.

Cheryl took her time and was very patient with my wife and I. She has years of experience, knows what she is talking about and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is not afraid to be honest with clients during showings. I will and have recommended friends and family to her.
