After touring for two and half weeks we found the perfect home for them, put in an offer, we were out bid-however after talking to the Listing Agent we were included in a multiple counter offer situation and due to the relationship Cheryl built with the owner, and the strong and aggressive offer-we did beat out the other offers and put the family in their dream home. 5892 Greenery View Lane, Las Vegas, NV. 89118-Spring Valley-Represented the Seller. This condo got multiple offers and went into a bidding war, and we secured a winning offer $35,000 over the list price and went into escrow in 4 days. When the 1st Buyer cancelled, Cheryl got them back into contract with a better contract or the Seller within 24 hours. 4686 French Hill Ct. Las Vegas, NV. 89139-Southwest-Represented the Buyer. This Buyer again had worked with another Agent that could not get their offer accepted. Cheryl acquired this family and within 2 days had them in escrow after beating out 58 other offers. 8925 West Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV. 89119-Spring Valley-Represented the Buyer. This Buyer/investor had 3 days to find a property and get into escrow due to a 1031 investment property. Cheryl organized tours, and helped the Buyer to find the right property, and got the Buyer into escrow in 2 days. She is now looking for another investment property due to the service she received. 10263 Kadumba St, Las Vegas NV. 89178-Enterprise- Represented the Buyer. This out of State Buyer started calling a few months before his 1031 investment property was being sold. Cheryl built a relationship of trust with the Buyer and his wife. They bought the investment home, and now are looking to buy a Highrise for their second home due to the relationship that was built.
